Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Louisville, KY Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,242 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/29/2026 About the Position Schedule Start Date: March 29, 2026 End Date: June 27, 2026 Shift: Night shift Hours: 36 hours/week Days: 3 days/week Shift timing: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Weekend: Every other weekend Key Responsibilities Assess and reassess patients Develop and implement care plans Monitor patient response to treatment Educate patients and families Delegate tasks to staff Mentor and precept nurses Participate in quality and safety improvements Requirements Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience Epic EMR experience Kentucky RN license at submission Education Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Registered Nurse license
