Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Bloomington, IN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,769 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/21/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must hold a valid license prior to start date Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Patient ratio experience required - Charting system experience required Description: Charge coverage may be required pending operational needs. Unit charge nurse responsibilities will be fulfilled with provided training and resources. Position requires acceptance of charge responsibilities. First-time travelers are not accepted. Locals are not accepted for this position. Candidates with a pending license may apply, but a valid license must be in hand at the time of start. Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Floating to other units or facilities may be required. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 24 patients. Candidates should possess experience in various medical surgical diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support includes various healthcare professionals. Preferred experience includes working in community hospitals, long-term acute care, and trauma centers. Certification in required areas will be verified. Wound care, IV management, and emergency response experience are beneficial. Candidates should be skilled in telemetry and dysrhythmia management. Experience in post-operative care, especially cardiac and surgical, is necessary. Adherence to isolation precautions and safety protocols is essential. Knowledge of medication administration and management of cardiac and other drips is required. Experience with high-flow nasal cannula management is a plus. Candidates will be expected to provide comprehensive patient care. This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on quality patient outcomes.
