Indianapolis, Indiana, 46250! Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered
Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of
LTAC/Telemetry experience required License: Indiana or multi-state
compact RN license required Certifications: ACLS & BLS
certifications required Must-Have: - Vent/trach experience - 2
years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting
Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift
accountability for providing care to patients. This is done by
utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse
Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. The Registered
Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific
judgment. Leadership is shown in the anticipation and planning for
safe delivery of care. Clinical competencies are maintained through
continuing education. Patient care priorities are delegated based
on the education and experience of the staff available. Direction
and supervision are provided to assigned personnel delivering
patient care. Two to five years of experience is required. 5
