Join a compassionate and collaborative behavioral health team providing mental health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Evansville, Indiana.This opportunity is ideal for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships in a supportive practice environment.Position Highlights

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Round-and-go practice model

• Provide mental health care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop effective treatment plans
• Deliver follow-up care and continuity of treatment
• Help improve quality of life and mental wellness for older adult patients

• Active PMHNP or Psychiatric PA license in Indiana
• Ability to practice and bill independently
• DEA license preferred
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
• Passion for caring for geriatric populations

• W2 employment with customizable scheduling options
• Fee-for-service compensation model
• Estimated annual compensation range: $143,542 - $170,250
