• Supports the full-time staff during times of high customer volume.
• Provides assistance with guest relations at the Biddle Hotel front desk, including customer service, check-in/out, troubleshooting issues with guest rooms, answering phone calls and emails, cash handling, key inventory, and documentation.
• Frequently communicates with housekeeping and other facilities staff.QualificationsEDUCATIONRequired
