with our guests in mind. Job SummaryDepartment Specific
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service to every guest they
encounter to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
- Be trained to take on any position including (but not limited
to); scanning tickets, guest seating, and assisting in VIP
hospitality areas
- Assists patrons with accessibility needs
- Oversees crowd management to ensure a safe experience for all
guests
- Becomes familiar with venue layouts and provide directional
assistance to guests QualificationsEDUCATIONRequired
- High School level education or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- Prior sales or customer service positionsSKILLSRequired
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and take feedback
- Eagerness to support and cheer on coworkers in a team
environment
- Ability to adjust to everchanging event demands Working
Conditions / DemandsAbility to move through a multi-level facility.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up
to ten poundsWork LocationBloomington, IndianaThis is an in-person
position.Advertised Salary$12.00 per hour and $12.25 per hour based
on event type. Additional supervisor and manager positions
available after experience. Paid incentives offered throughout
calendar year to incentivize attendance at various major events.
Work HoursShift times varyUp to 29 hours per week (work hours must
total 29 across all part-time university jobs the employee
holds)Many shifts are on weeknight evenings or weekendsEmployees
have the flexibility to create their own work schedules based on
available events. Management may provide certain schedule
requirements employees are expected to meet (i.e. working 5 out of
