Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel • Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH & KY License • Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: Yes – PTCA (Only CVICU patients) or other ICU units Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 17 • Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 • Equipment: CRRT (Prismax), IABP, IMPELLA, ECMO, VADs • EMR: Cerner Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: CVICU experience, Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience, Hemodynamic (Swan) experience • Preferred Skillset/Experience: ECMO, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience • Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac Patients • Personality Fit: Understands this is a high acuity floor and is a hard worker with a positive uplifting attitude
