Andy Frain Services, a leader in providing specialized security services, is seeking an experienced External Supervisor to oversee and execute event security operations within the Entertainment and Sports sectors. This position is crucial for maintaining safety and security at high-profile events by managing security personnel and coordinating with event organizers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security management, with a keen ability to handle both the dynamic atmosphere of live events and the structured environment of planned operations. Oversee the security operations at various event locations, ensuring all aspects of safety and service standards are met. Lead a team of security personnel, providing training and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and policies. Coordinate with event organizers to assess risk, plan security layouts, and allocate resources effectively. Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings to ensure continuous improvement in security processes. Handle any security incidents with discretion and professional acumen, ensuring minimal disruption to the event. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to strategize and execute detailed security plans Proficient in risk assessment and crisis management Working knowledge of public safety and security regulatory requirements Qualification in Security Management CPR/AED certification, ideally with first responder training Licensed to practice or oversee security operations in the respective state or region
