Job Description:
Job Description The Shuttle Driver provides shuttle bus services
for employees and vendors at a major airport owned by a leading
transportation, e-commerce, and logistics company. This position
offers on-the-job training specific to the role. However, please
note that we are not a CDL training facility and cannot provide CDL
certification. \n Pay: $20.50-$21.50 hour. \n The pay listed is the
hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer
will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities,

\n Responsibilities: \n \n \n Perform pre-trip and post-trip
inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety. \n Provide reliable
transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
\n Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when
needed. \n Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and
FCC-regulated radio channels. \n Maintain a clean and organized
driver area. \n Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain
professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property. \n
Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed. \n Report any
incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right
away. \n Practice safe and defensive driving at all times. \n
Follow all DOT, Indiana Traffic, Client, and ABM laws, rules, and
regulations. \n \n Basic Qualifications: \n \n \n Must have a valid
CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement — this is
required to be considered. \n Must be 21 years or older. \n No
diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College). \n 0–1
year of commercial driving experience is acceptable. \n \n
Preferred: \n • One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger
