are searching for Clinical Recruiter/Sourcer to support recruitment
within State of IN and has a willingness to travel. How you Will
make a difference Source, screen, and interview clinical (RN &
LPN), Non-Clinical (CNA) and facility functional roles (Activites,
Life Enrichment, Business Office, etc.) Develop and implement
effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate
with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide
tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize various sourcing methods,
cold calling into competitors, job boards, social media, referrals,
and networking events. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
from initial contact to offer accept, ensuring a positive candidate
experience. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current
and future staffing needs. Negotiate offers and facilitate the
onboarding process for successful candidates. Track recruitment
metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Be
comfortable with accountability metrics which includes candidate
outreach and internal SLA's, sourcing usage and monthly performance
goals. Provide creative conversation tools to "close" the candidate
addressing concerns and selling the organization. What you Need to
make a Difference High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of
three (3) years of recruiting experience within a Clinical
environment, preferred LTC or Nursing home experience. 2 years of
experience sourcing and networking with a proactive approach to
talent acquisition Must enjoy interacting with people via phone
calls and be sales motivated. 1 year of experience with ATS
(applicant tracking system) prefer ICIMS or Taleo. Ability to
multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under a high-pressure
environment. Requires to travel to all facilities within the
assigned geographic territory for job fairs, college engagement and
