Team and Role: Join eBay’s Authentication Operations team, where
innovation meets action in a fast-paced setting. We've launched
authentication for watches, handbags, sneakers, trading cards,
jewelry, and apparel across multiple regions in just four years. As
a diverse and cohesive unit, we're seeking a Warehouse Operations
Lead to spearhead success at our new Louisville, Kentucky facility.
As part of the Global Facility Operations team, you’ll report to
the functional operations lead in Louisville, KY. Your role
involves steering a team of warehouse associates, ensuring safety,
budgetary, and operational goals are met, and driving people
management and development. You'll lead hourly employees, coach and
mentor them to achieve performance targets, identify and resolve
process gaps, and build strong employee relations and leadership
capacity. Collaboration with internal and external partners is
crucial to align with eBay principles and business objectives.
Schedule: 5pm-1:30am (Mon-Fri) 5% shift differential What You Will
Accomplish: Lead Effectively: Direct a team of up to 20 hourly
associates to deliver exceptional results in safety, quality,
customer experience, employee engagement, development, and cost
management. Drive Initiatives: Propel quality and performance
initiatives, process changes, and Lean strategies to help your team
exceed business goals. Set Expectations: Define clear requirements
and expectations, identify training needs, measure performance,
provide feedback, and hold team members accountable. Implement
Improvements: Source ideas from your team and integrate them into
effective improvement plans, validating changes for impact and
financial benefits. Champion Practices: Uphold eBay DNA principles
and ensure adherence to best practices. Plan Strategically: Utilize
data metrics for capacity planning and staffing to proactively
address changes affecting team performance or customer experience.

Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an
accredited university preferred. Experience: 3 years of warehouse
operations and leadership experience preferred. Track Record:
Proven success in leading operational improvements. Safety and

Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the
range below: $48,400 - $73,700 Base pay offered may vary depending
on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and
experience. The total compensation package for this position may
also include other elements, including a target bonus and
restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range
of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k)
eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and
parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans
