Desktop Imaging and Installation Process - 40%
Major Software Install and Upgrades - 20%
Tier 2 Helpdesk and Assist Training Tier 1 Helpdesk - 20%
Servers and VMWare work - 10%

Networking, Terminating Cables, IP Addresses - 10%

I believe this is an accurate reflection of a typical day but these percentages might shift based upon priorities.

The Monday - Friday breakout will be left up to the individual. We need someone who can be handed a list of tasks or a specific direction and then work towards that direction. Traveling to the branches will be seldom and infrequent. We travel only when necessary and most of our branch travel is within an hour of the main office.

We have changes to make to catch up with Industry standard practices so individuals who have experience building out or setting these processes up would be better suited for this opening as opposed to individuals who only worked in the process.
