What You'll Be Doing

• 
  
• Develop and contribute to frontend/backend frameworks
  
• Develop backend services to support API integrations
  
• Replace external COTS services with scalable internal services
  
• Create reusable, scalable software products
  
• Lead technical efforts, analyze dependencies, and troubleshoot large systems
  
  What You Should Bring
  
  • 
    
  • Hands-on engineering experience
    
  • Effective communication skills across teams
    
  • Practical experience with cloud technologies and software engineering
    
  • Web security and healthcare compliance experience (a plus)
    
  • High curiosity, external perspective, and innovation
    
  • Understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps, and Agile
    
  • Experience with distributed application architectures on cloud
    
    Basic Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • CS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
      
    • 8+ years of industry software development experience
      
    • Deep understanding of fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems
      
    • Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers
      
    • Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, C++, Python, or other OOP languages
      
    • Understanding of HTTP and APIs
      
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
      
    • Experience with refactoring and re-platforming
      
    • Experience with testing methodologies including A/B, Canary, etc.
