for a dedicated Customer Support Trainee to play an essential role,
directly involved in providing vital assistance to residents,
ensuring their seamless experience with essential internet, TV, and
phone services, and strengthening community ties. As a Customer
Support Trainee, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive
training, learning to skillfully address diverse customer
inquiries, troubleshoot service concerns, and provide informed
solutions to meet specific client needs. You'll develop expertise
in guiding residents through Frontier's offerings, efficiently
resolving questions, and becoming a trusted resource for their
connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level
Customer Support Trainee: Undergo training to gain expertise in
Renowned Management's customer support and Frontier's residential
services (internet, TV, voice). Learn to effectively engage with
residential customers in direct, face-to-face settings to address
questions, provide service explanations, and assist with their
Frontier accounts. Develop problem-solving and active listening
skills to diagnose customer concerns, troubleshoot issues
(technical/billing), and guide clients to resolutions. Clarify
service features, usage instructions, account details, and terms
for customers, ensuring complete understanding and transparency.
Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system. Work with
technical support, sales, and account management to escalate
complex issues and ensure smooth transitions for complete client
solutions. Gather valuable customer feedback on service quality and
support experience to contribute to ongoing improvement
initiatives. Provide proactive communication to customers regarding
service updates, new features, or potential disruptions, ensuring
they feel valued and informed. Actively participate in coaching and
development to improve customer service, conflict resolution, and
product knowledge skills.
