part of the Global Customer Office, the Business Intelligence and
Analytics Teams (BIA) teams are responsible to build, support and
evolve some of the most important processes, platforms, and data
for global commercial services. The GCO global master data strategy
and delivery team is responsible for building and owning the data
strategies and capabilities that provide a multipurpose foundation
that enable exceptional customer experiences. Currently the team
manages fundamental data domains such as customer, activity,
product, alignment and consent across 95 countries and multiple
functional areas. Responsibilities: The Associate of data
operations for the Activity Domain will be responsible for ensuring
quality and timely delivery of transactional data in assigned data
domains to support all customer facing tools and processes. This
includes the application of key global processes, data standards
and governance associated with commercial data. Additionally, the
manager will serve as the global commercial data subject matter
expert for multiple business organizations. This position reports
to the Senior Director of Global master data strategy and delivery.
Responsibilities include: Coordinates with GCO team members to
deliver data capabilities that enable quality and timely customer
experiences. Manages onboarding of new data sets to the global data
environments Builds relationships with operations teams that
support customer facing processes to ensure data standards and
governance are enforced. Collaborates with Tech@Lilly, external
vendors, and internal business partners to ensure operational
excellence as measured through service level agreements, meeting
project timelines, and end user satisfaction assessments
Participates in projects to improve global data processes, systems,
content and standards as driven by prioritized business needs
Supports End to End process ownership for key business processes
that utilize commercial data. Collaborates with GCO, Tech@Lilly,
GOSO and other business partners to resolve technical, operational,
or business problems for global data processes and systems Basic
Requirements: Bachelor Degree, Computer Science preferred 3 years
master data stewardship or commercial operations experience in a
pharma company 2 years experience with data processes, tools and
governance and working with cross functional projects and/or teams
Experience with relational databases (Conceptual and querying
languages and tools), data transformation, data wrangling and
cleansing solutions. This should include the ability to use SQL
Experience with Agile methodology Qualified applicants must be

verbal fluency in English Knowledge of Business intelligence
solutions and concepts Preference for Glue Studio, Python and using
JIRA Self-starting/motivating with the ability to lead a project
Experience leveraging AI solutions including a working knowledge of
Databricks Experience working with AWS solutions and Azure Great
track record working across functions, especially partnering with
business and IT sides Demonstrated high learning agility and
capacity Effective problem solving skills Ability to challenge and
influence appropriately, with resilience under pressure. Strong
collaboration with colleagues across cultures Strong written and

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 -
$151,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
