| First Shift Position Overview A Service Desk Technician is needed
to provide first?level support for end?user technical issues in a
large enterprise environment. This role handles phone, email, and
chat inquiries, focusing on account support, troubleshooting common
user issues, and following established procedures to ensure
consistent, high?quality service. The position offers strong
long?term potential, including opportunities for extension,
conversion, and advancement into other IT roles. This is an
excellent opportunity for an entry?level candidate looking to gain
hands?on experience in a global organization, or for someone with
prior service desk experience seeking a stable, growth?oriented
environment. Shift & Work Environment Monday–Friday, first shift (7
AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM) On?site, five days per week Collaborative
team environment with strong coaching and mentorship Key
Responsibilities Provide frontline support for end?user issues via
phone, email, and chat. Create, monitor, and update tickets within
an IT service management platform. Troubleshoot common issues such
as account lockouts and application access problems. Support
ongoing directory and email migration activities, which may
increase ticket volume. Follow established corporate policies,
procedures, and escalation paths. Research and test solutions to
technical issues as part of first?call resolution efforts. Escalate
tickets to appropriate support groups when necessary. Provide
follow?up to ensure issues are fully resolved. Maintain a
professional, patient, and customer?focused demeanor at all times.
Required Qualifications Entry?level IT experience or prior service
desk/help desk experience. Strong customer service and
communication skills. Ability to follow structured procedures and
guidelines. Familiarity with Windows?based environments and common
productivity tools. Ability to work on?site Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with account administration or
directory services. Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems.
Experience supporting productivity suites. ITIL knowledge or

position based out of Evansville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility
