modernize, and secure our enterprise data integration platforms,
enabling seamless data flow across the organization! The Tech@Lilly

Platforms Administrator. Are you passionate about ensuring the
reliability of critical data integration systems, driving platform
modernization, and establishing robust security and governance? Are
you energized by managing enterprise-scale data platforms and
supporting the migration to cloud-native solutions? If so, bring
YOUR technical expertise to Lilly—where your work helps accelerate
scientific discovery, strengthen decision-making, and ultimately
improve patient outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing: You will serve as a
Platform Administrator for Lilly’s core data integration platforms,
primarily Informatica (PowerCenter/IICS) and Denodo. You will be
responsible for the complete lifecycle management of these
platforms—including installation, upgrades, patching, and strategic
retirement. You will ensure platform reliability, optimize
performance, and enforce security policies. A key part of your role
will be to support the strategic migration of applications off

with Denodo, collaborating closely with infrastructure, cloud,
security, and application teams. How You’ll Succeed: Lead the
installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching for Informatica
(PowerCenter, IICS) and Denodo platforms across Dev, QA, and
Production environments. Ensure optimal performance, security, and
reliability of the data virtualization (Denodo) and ETL/iPaaS
(Informatica) infrastructure. Perform regular maintenance, health
checks, and capacity management to ensure platform stability.
Manage security and compliance by handling certificate renewals
(SSL, SAML), managing vulnerabilities, and maintaining access
controls. Support the strategic migration of applications from
Informatica to modern cloud-native solutions, providing technical
guidance throughout the process. Troubleshoot and resolve complex
platform-level issues related to performance, service outages, and
connectivity (e.g., MQ, S3, Salesforce, databases). Configure and
manage connections, including ODBC, and manage IICS Secure Agents
in cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Provide technical support and
"how-to" guidance to development and application teams using the
platforms. Maintain comprehensive quality and compliance
documentation to ensure the platforms remain qualified. Utilize
ServiceNow to manage incidents, service requests, and change
requests according to ITIL processes. What You Should Bring: Deep
knowledge of the Informatica product suite, including on-premise
(PowerCenter) and cloud (IICS) platforms. Experience with IDQ,
Axon, and EDC is a plus. Experience in administering, configuring,
and maintaining Denodo Platform environments. Strong proficiency
with Linux/Unix operating systems for server management, scripting,
and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of backend databases
(e.g., Oracle) for repository management and as data sources.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure), particularly
managing cloud integrations and resources like EC2 and S3. Proven
experience with platform migration projects and a strategic mindset
geared towards modernization. Expertise in platform security,
including certificate management, vulnerability patching, and
access control. Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and
resolve complex technical issues across a hybrid ecosystem.
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and experience using tools
like ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills for consulting with
development teams, managing stakeholders, and liaising with
vendors. Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and database
administration concepts. Strong documentation skills required to
support Security and CSQA compliance. Preferred: Denodo Platform
Certified Administrator Professional certification. Bonus:
Databricks platform experience Basic Requirements: High School
Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience administering enterprise
data integration platforms. 3 plus years of hands-on experience
