We look forward to hearing from you Job Description: Primary responsibility will be to perform comprehensive intake evaluations on new clients and refer to appropriate services based on the assessment. Other responsibilities include crisis interventions with new and current clients, on a walk-in/call-in basis during office hours, and brief psychotherapy services for those clients seen within the Crisis/Access department. Position exists within a team of other clinical and support staff and will operate on an alternating schedule of days focused on intakes/crisis support and days for ongoing therapy and supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and brief psychotherapy for children and adults. Participate in regular supervision on clinical and administrative issues. Develop, implement, and monitor individualize treatment/discharge plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies. Maintain effective working relationships with clinical team and community referral sources. Continue efforts in self-development to obtain and improve skill performance and maintain licensure. Job Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required. Must be clinically licensed, or is actively working toward acquisition of clinical licensure, to provide mental health treatment in the state of Indiana. Why work for Centerstone?
