We look forward to hearing from you Job Description: Summary of Job: Clinically and administratively supervise the west region CCBHC and Crisis/Access staff ensuring compliance with organization and job expectations, providing regular support and feedback to staff regarding their performance, and conducting formal performance evaluations at least annually. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervisory Responsibilities for: Therapist, Clinic Engagement Specialist, Psychologist Manage the front door of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center. Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy and discharge planning. Manage and schedule afterhours coverage of the crisis response team Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal departments, community agencies, and other referral sources. Assist the VP of Crisis/Access with managing the overall functioning of the Crisis/Access service line at each of the assigned Centerstone regions, respond to internal and community requests, identify opportunities and problems, as well as maintain open access to our adult and child service lines. Regular and reliable attendance is required. Key Performance Indicators: Supervised Clinical Team is meeting productivity standards. ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments are completed on time for clients of staff supervised. Clinical documentation, including treatment plans, are completed in a timely fashion according to organizational standards, for clients served. Compliance with annual evaluation and KPI forms for staff. Other Duties and Responsibilities: All other duties as assigned.
