Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of family law cases, including child custody and divorce law. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with sensitive and complex legal issues that require a high level of expertise and knowledge. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in all aspects of family law, including child custody, divorce, alimony, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting clear and persuasive arguments. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and practical advice during difficult times. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and participate in continuous professional development activities. Work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in family law, with a focus on child custody and divorce law. Excellent negotiation and litigation skills, with a proven track record of success in family law cases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively counsel clients and interact with all levels of the organization. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
