currently on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced
Permanent Pre Litigation PI Paralegal to join our dynamic team.
This role requires an individual who possesses a deep understanding
of personal injury laws, excellent research skills, and a knack for
managing complex cases. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of
5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record
of successfully managing pre-litigation processes. If you are a

would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Manage all aspects
of pre-litigation processes for personal injury cases, ensuring
compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Conduct thorough
and detailed investigations to gather all necessary information and
documentation for each case. Prepare and draft legal documents,
including demand letters, with a high level of accuracy and
attention to detail. Communicate effectively and professionally
with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other
parties involved in each case. Keep clients informed of the
progress of their case, and address any questions or concerns they
may have. Work closely with attorneys to develop legal strategies
and prepare for potential litigation. Maintain organized case
files, and ensure all information is kept up-to-date and easily
accessible. Stay current with the latest developments in personal
injury laws, and apply this knowledge to your work. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pre Litigation PI Paralegal
or in a similar role. Proficient in preparing and drafting legal
documents, including demand letters. Excellent research and
investigative skills. Strong understanding of personal injury laws
and pre-litigation processes. Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive
information with discretion. Ability to manage multiple cases
simultaneously and work well under pressure. High level of
organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software. Paralegal
certification or equivalent qualification is preferred. Proven
track record of successfully managing pre-litigation processes in
