responsible for providing leadership on the MSL line within Flex
Packaging Operations. This role oversees daily operations, ensures
the safety of the line, supports the development of operators, and
ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Additionally,
the Lead Operator ensures that resources are scheduled in alignment
with the production schedule. Lead Operator position is for Night
Shift. Key Objectives/Deliverables: · Provides leadership on
packaging floor ensuring high level of safety, quality, and
productivity to maintain reliable supply of products to patients. ·
Technical leader in Packaging: Key resource for troubleshooting and
functions as the primary point of contact when supervisor is not
available. · Committed to continuous improvement: Drives key
departmental objectives including improving safety performance,
reducing deviations, and improving productivity. · Resource for
Assembly and Packaging operators: Key liaison between operations
and support groups. · Working Packaging knowledge: Operates the
equipment and leads shift operations as required to meet production
schedule. · Ensure strict compliance with established
policies/procedures (safety, production, cleaning, gowning, etc.)
and stays up to date on training. · Provides training and mentoring
to operators ensuring operators are trained appropriately for work
they are performing. · Participate in planning of operations.
Network with various areas to verify material is available for
Packaging. · Assists in checking documentation (Master Packaging
orders, logbooks, cleaning tickets, SAP, and PMX). Minimum
Requirements: · Demonstrated leadership skills. · Ability to
effectively communicate, both written and verbal, across levels and
function · Flexibility and problem solving skills. ·
Decision-making skills and ability to exert good judgment. · Strong
understanding of quality systems in a manufacturing environment ·
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely
and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals ·
Knowledge of computer applications including SAP and PMX. · Ability
to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. · Ability to work
independently or in a team environment and have a cooperative
behavior. · 1 years of demonstrated experience as a Back Up Line
Leader (BULL) · Must be able to work a 3-2-2-3 day shift schedule
Additional Preferences: · Attention to detail and general
understanding of cGMP and Quality Systems. · Previous
Pharmaceutical Packaging experience (2 yrs.) · Leadership
experience Education Requirements: · High School Diploma or

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $25.60 - $42.67
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
