Job Description:
We are looking for a CNC Saw/ Deburr/ Thermoform Operator to
join our Greenwood, IN location on a 1st shift schedule. You will
deburr machined parts and surfaces using various tools and
instruments prior to finishing operations. What You’ll Do: Examine
and feel surface of work-piece for defects Select various tools and
instruments to remove burrs from crevices, holes, channels, etc.
Label received material with correct part and lot numbers and store
on rack in a safe manner using forklift Read and interpret
blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data
to determine material requirements and dimensions Prepare saw for
the correct material by determining the correct blade and setting
required for the selected material Cut material to the determined
size What You’ll Need: High School diploma or equivalent 1 to 3
months of related experience and/or training Ability to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions,
decimals, whole numbers Ability to read and interpret blueprints
and operations sheets to determine set-up and operations to be
formed Ability to walk and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
