Match About our Interview Process: The successful candidate will
meet with the Plant Manager to see the job and understand
expectations. Job Summary: We are seeking a Waterjet Operator to
join our team. The Waterjet Operator will process materials per
work order specifications while ensuring the maintenance of
processing equipment. The team member will be able to read
blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, set up, operate, and
adjust water jet cutting systems. The team member will also assist
in bending metal for cores. Job Specific Responsibilities:
Experience in operating/programming water jet Experience with Auto
Cad Ability to read and interpret blueprints Start and stop the
machine, load/feed the machine, and monitor machine operation to
ensure quality components Program and adjust machine settings to
optimize cutting processes for different materials and thicknesses;
strategize task sequence for effective completion of work orders
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to
specification Communicates with management, quality control, and
maintenance to resolve machining or quality issues Suggest and
implement improvements. Use hand tools, micrometers, and other
precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined
parts Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and
consumables. Ability to use material handling equipment such as
cranes and forklifts. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Responsible for bending parts for housings, cross breaking cores
Follow required safety procedures prior to and during operations
Maintain a safe and clean work environment May perform other duties
as assigned Education/Technical Training: Waterjet operation

Specific Physical Demands: This position requires: Continuous
standing and movement Bending and stooping occasionally Lifting up
to 50 pounds manually Ability to continuously work in an industrial
setting with temperature variations Push and pull using a hand
truck and rolling cart Repetitive hand motion, twisting, and arm
motion Occasional reaching above and below the waist level Ability
to read a tape measure Schedule: Standard schedule is Monday
through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with occasional overtime.
