Job Description:

The Weekend/After hours On Call Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of duties, working closely with the Operations Staff in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.--Primary--

• W/E on call From Friday 4:30pm through Monday 8:00 am W/D on call from 4:30pm-8:00am following business day:Answer all incoming telephone calls and respond to caller's needsCommunicate with CAREGivers and clients regarding scheduling changesStaff open shiftsTake non-urgent messages and document all calls so office staff can respond as necessary during business hoursContact backup Manager when urgent questions arise about clients or CAREGivers requiring additional guidanceCheck voicemail regularly and respond to messages as neededFollow standard company Policy & Procedures, as provided in training
• Compile a written On Call Report to All Staff by 8:00AM Monday morning.
• Complete bi-weekly admin timesheet turn in on 1st and 16th of each month
• If using office cell phone/laptop: pick up by 4:30pm Friday and return by Noon Monday.
• Maintain weekend on call schedule Pick-up Holiday On Call shifts as desired----Secondary--
  Conduct Client-CAREGiver IntroductionDeliver client binders, log sheets, suppliesAct as emergency fill-in CAREGiverPick-up weeknight On Call shifts as desired----Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Klipsch Senior Care
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Maintain confidentiality and meet set deadlines and goals
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, including effective listening, sound judgment and good decision-making
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
    • Demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and proceduresAbility to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, clients and CGs
    • Ability to listen effectively for long periods of time on the telephone
    • Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
    • Ability to follow work schedule (every weekend 4:30p Friday through 8:00a Monday)
    • Patient and congenial on the telephone--
    • Computer skills transferable to CLEAR CARE, Outlook proficient in Word
      • Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting, in a group environment
