Now Hiring Assembly Operators for our Client at an internationally leading manufacturing company located in Columbus, IN.----Potential Temporary to Hire Position with increased wages and benefits!--Build-your-career opportunities with ample room for growth and advancement--All Shifts Available12 Hour Rotating Shift Schedules

• A Shift Monday-Thursday 4am-4pm (off Friday and Sunday) Sunday can be mandated (Double Time Pay) Pay $15.30
• B Shift Wednesday-Saturday 4pm-4am (off Monday and Tuesday) Sunday can be mandated (Double Time Pay) Pay $16.05
• C Shift Friday-Saturday 4am-4pm Off Sunday Monday-Tuesday 4pm-4am Pay $16.05Responsibilities Include:
  • Operate equipment and handle materials to produce, assemble, and prepare parts for packing
  • Inspect and repair items following guidelines to eventually pack items
  • Complete visual inspections of completed parts
  • Maintain clean and safe working environment while adhering to company policies and guidelines
  • Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by team supervisorsJob Requirements:
    • Must have a team player mindset and ability to work in a production-oriented environment
    • Must be able to work overtime as required
    • Must have steel toe boots or shoes in order to start
    • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and stand for entire shift
    • Must be able to stand, twist, lift, bend, stoop, walk, grip, bend, push, pull, etc as required to successfully complete tasks and duties
