  • Connects with students and guests in a helpful and engaging manner as a first point of contact.
  • Ensures that any visitor experience at the Walter Center is unforgettable.
  • Maintains the daily appointment spreadsheet and assists with general office management.
  • Maintains inventory of WCCA materials, office supplies, food and beverage, and other special items as requested.
  • Supports event coordination / planning and assists with events and retreats as needed.
  • Helps keep to the welcome desk and guest lounge free of clutter and promptly communicates with physical facilities and building services regarding immediate needs.
  • Assists in the timely management of p-card reconciliation, requisition entry, and foundation and travel reimbursements.
  • Involved in survey administration and report sharing, along with student engagement data entry.
  • Offers support to three dynamic Walter Center teams: Career Education, Employer Relations, and Strategic Alumni Engagement. Note: This position is intended to be a regular and ongoing part-time position, contributing as a team member of the Walter Center Team. QualificationsEDUCATIONRequired

The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
