InformationThe College of Arts and Sciences is the largest academic
unit at Indiana University Bloomington. It is composed of 40+

- Connects with students and guests in a helpful and engaging
manner as a first point of contact.
- Ensures that any visitor experience at the Walter Center is
- Maintains the daily appointment spreadsheet and assists with
general office management.
- Maintains inventory of WCCA materials, office supplies, food
and beverage, and other special items as requested.
- Supports event coordination / planning and assists with events
and retreats as needed.
- Helps keep to the welcome desk and guest lounge free of clutter
and promptly communicates with physical facilities and building
services regarding immediate needs.
- Assists in the timely management of p-card reconciliation,
requisition entry, and foundation and travel reimbursements.
- Involved in survey administration and report sharing, along
with student engagement data entry.
- Offers support to three dynamic Walter Center teams: Career
Education, Employer Relations, and Strategic Alumni Engagement.
Note: This position is intended to be a regular and ongoing
part-time position, contributing as a team member of the Walter
Center Team. QualificationsEDUCATIONRequired
- High school diploma or GED.WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- 1 year of office experience.SKILLS
- Customer service orientation and ability to interact with a
wide variety of individuals within a diverse environment.
- Proficient communication skills.

DemandsThis role requires the ability to effectively communicate
and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity
equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods
of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The
person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions
with or without an accommodation. Available to work a flexible work
