Job Summary

Creates, curates, and maintains photo and video collections produced by Kelley marketing staff and vendors using digital asset management system.
Serves as the point of contact for internal and external image requests including selecting, retrieving, and delivering content that effectively conveys the Kelley brand story.
Enters and maintains a unique metadata system similar to library cataloguing systems, requiring a firm grasp of information systems and hierarchies.
Manages photo collections for web publishing and marketing campaigns.
Learns and applies knowledge on how digital asset management system can be utilized to improve user experience for both internal and external users.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Required Bachelor's degree in information systems, library science, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE

Required 1 year of related work experience.
Experience with metadata and methods for organizing and storing information.
SKILLS

Required Excellent organizational skills.
Strong ability to select high-quality photos/video to tell a story.
Ability to work independently and follow defined processes.
Basic understanding of media formats.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to learn to work with new technologies.
Preferred Experience with digital archiving/keywording as well as digital asset management systems.
Customer service experience.

Work Hours

This position will work up to 29 hours per week during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
