Job DetailsDescriptionWhat you would do at True Rx Health
Strategists:As the Compliance Office for True Rx Health
Strategists, responsibilities include: reviewing and understanding
complex legislation and regulations at both the Federal and
individual State levels, developing compliance plans to meet the
requirements of the applicable legislation and regulations,
monitoring and reporting on adherence to compliance controls,
recommending and assisting True RX Health Strategists to implement
compliance controls to obtain and maintain compliance.True Rx
Health Strategists is a pharmacy benefit manager operating in
several States within the United States. As such, True Rx Health
Strategists are subject to a myriad of State and Federal
regulations to include the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, HIPAA,
Federal and State Transparency Regulations and State
registration/licensing requirements.Previous Experience and

- Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Public Policy,
Government Affairs, Business or Public Administration.
- Preferred Master's in business administration or Juris
- 3 or more years of experience in a regulatory compliance
position in managed care, or insurance.
- You will also need to comply with State licensing and all
renewals for licensing with all States.
- Experience working within a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or
- Working knowledge and understanding of various compliance
report format requirements including machine readable formats,
text, delimited, JSON, etc., and how they present compliance data
