What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:The True Rx Implementation Specialist is responsible for all aspects of new client implementation including, but not limited to, advising new clients on plan setup when needed, executing implementation plans, and testing and troubleshooting final plan setup. The Implementation Specialist is also responsible for assuring all client prescription benefit plans are performing according to set quality standards.Previous Experience and Abilities:Quality Assurance DutiesInspect and report quality issues with prescription plansAssist in monitoring all operations that affect qualityAssure the accuracy of individual prescription plans bychecking processes and final outcomesReport all prescription plan malfunctions to appropriate manager to ensure immediate actionReview current standards and policiesKeep records of quality reportsNew Client Implementation DutiesDevelop plan parameters with client by utilizing the Benefit Plan Design and transition processFinalize agreements between True Rx and clientWork with data vendors and any external third parties during the installation of new clientDevelop and print new enrollment client ID cards, if applicableDevelop and print new member communication materialsTest and troubleshoot final plan setupIdeally you have:Strong communication skillsCapable of interfacing with True Rx clients and owners to provide solutions to problemsMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office productsNeed to be flexible and work as a team playerDemonstrates strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and have good organizational skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks at one timeAbility to communicate and work under stress effectively while maintaining confidentiality at all timesNeed to be self-motivated and work with little supervisionNeed to be adaptable and have different responsibility given periodicallyTravel occasionally as work requiresOur Story:We've been pharmacy innovators since the Wright Brothers took flight.
