what you'll do, guaranteed. As a Client Delivery Manager at Adecco,
you will serve as the primary client contact onsite, as well as the
initial escalation point for any client questions and concerns.
Through ingenuity and teamwork, the Client Delivery Manager is
accountable for aligning themselves with our client's business
objectives and creating a joint partnership. Every day will require
your ability to be a skilled communicator and to make decisions
that will have a positive impact on our clients, our teams, and
your career with a global leader in the staffing and recruiting
industry. About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent record
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry,
preferred
- Record measured by customer satisfaction service levels,
increased tasks and successful working relationships with
colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and
customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and
database skills, along with the ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong candidate
relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude Why
