  • Conducts clerical duties including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet creation and management, data tabulation, file editing and management.General Responsibilities
    • Assists with office production and determining alternative methods to improve workflow and efficiencies.
    • Opens, sorts, and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
    • Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of office activities.
    • Monitors the use of office supplies and equipment, reorders items as required.
    • Completes and mails bills, contracts, policies, invoices, and checks.
    • Answers phones, directs calls, and takes messages for the office. QualificationsEDUCATIONRequired
      • High school diploma or GED Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. SKILLSRequired
        • Proficient communication skills
        • Effective interpersonal skills
        • Excellent organizational skills
        • Demonstrates ability to maintain confidential information

          • Experience with Adobe AcrobatWorking Conditions / DemandsThis role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
