Job Description:
Adecco is hiring a Production Supervisor for a local leading
client in Columbus, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Mandatory Requirements
-Previous experience in a production environment working with
PLASTICS
-Previous experience in a production supervisor role.
-Previous heavy experience of managing maintenance for Plastics
Injection Molding
If you do not meet ALL the listed criteria above, you will not be
considered for the Production Supervisor role.
Other must meet criteria:
-Assess key business metrics and identify critical success
factors
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Demonstrated mastery of a variety of Lean manufacturing tools
-Excellent communication and instruction skills
-Familiarity with various manufacturing processes
-Exposure to and participation in a wide variety of training
environments
-Good writing and administrative skills including computer (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, graphics)
-Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
