      • American Heart Association only. ENPC is acceptable in lieu of PALS. Required for: ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs
      • American Heart Association only. NALS is also acceptable. Required for: NICU, L&D and Postpartum
      • Aya Job Description - must be signed by the employee prior to start
      • Checklist - completed by QM NOT required for: Centinela Hospital Medical Center, Shasta Regional Medical Center
      • EMTALA Manual & Acknowledgement - employee must review and sign the acknowledgement prior to start
      • Traveler must review manual and complete quiz prior to start
      • NEVADA STATE MANDATED REQUIREMENT FOR ALL AYA CANDIDATES
      • Must have a Physical Exam within 12 months of start
      • Annual Physical/Physicians Statement - Attesting that traveler is capable of performing the essential job functions with no restrictions
