Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining positive member relationships through excellent customer service approach to all member inquiries and contact. Responsible for business office duties including inbound/outbound calls, filing, billing, correspondence, payment processing, ect.

Job Responsibility Detail:
Handle customer inbound calls, outbound calls, drive thru and walk ins.
Maintain member records, generate service billing and delinquents, prepare and send member correspondence, process member payments and adjustments.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, generate member E-Bills, enter, and follow up work orders for field operations.
Process and evaluate meter reading reports for rechecks and usage parameters.
Complete and process new members, transfers, landlord and renter documents.
Complete and submit water sample test results provided by the field operation.
Maintain required productivity and quality standards of work.
Identify and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of Member Service Specialist processes.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Maintain technical understanding of company software, hardware, devices and components.
Other job responsibilities as directed by the Business Manager and Director of Operations.

Qualification Requirements:

1. High school graduate.
2. 1-2 years customer service or call center experience.
3. Ability to multitask between inbound/outbound customer calls, walk in/drive thru
customers, and Admin/work processes.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
5. Utility industry experience a plus.

Current Work Schedule:

1. Typically, M-F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
2. Minimal overtime based on business needs.
