Responsibilities Job Summary The Organizational Development Consultant designs and delivers organizational development initiatives in support of the EXPRESSway Forward strategy. Working with the Business Partners and enterprise Leaders to support continuous organizational improvement resulting in a high performing organization. Primary Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes the development of tools to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with Success@Express.
• Designs and delivers OD and change management strategies, processes, and interventions to support high performing teams; includes initiatives fostering a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement, and diversity are the norm.
• Supports leadership development initiatives utilizing the core competency framework, 360-degree feedback process, and coaching.
• Identifies opportunities for leadership development through internal diagnoses with Business Partners; conducts internal/external research to design and to provide appropriate solutions.
• Partners with Corporate Communications to ensure effective program implementation and sustainability.
• Monitors and measures effectiveness of change programs delivered.
• Oversees mechanisms to obtain associate feedback; partners with leaders and the HR team on communication and action planning to address areas of opportunity for improvement. Pulse Surveys, etc. Other essential tasks that are not listed may be requested by your supervisor. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Instructional/Organizational Design, Human Resources or Education or additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Organization development particularly around change management and developing organizational culture - Learning & Development, particularly management development and talent management by collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organizational change; influencing, coaching, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.
  • Experience of, and commitment to, continuous organizational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent by being creative and thinking outside of the box Desired Qualifications
    • Effectively able to work in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
    • Retail apparel industry experience preferred
