Advise specializes in helping physicians meet their Medicare growth and retention goals through our high touch concierge model that utilizes physician-branded outreach and education year-round to engage senior patients in their healthcare choices. Role s Purpose: Our Business Development Market Analyst will be responsible for studying and understanding market conditions, trends and insights that will inform the overall Advise growth and business development process. The successful candidate will be able to analyze and use qualitative data, trends, and strategies to develop tools and information that can be used by the business development team.Skills needed to be successful as the Business Development Market Analyst:

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills; capability to build / create creative solutions or tool sets to meet the needs of the business.
• Provide research, analysis, and recommendations on market entry using both external and internal data sources.
• Ability to evaluate new business partnership opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data
• Must be able to develop and maintain dashboards summarizing performance KPIs and industry trends
• Must be very proficient in Microsoft office products, specifically Excel and Access
• Ability to support various Senior Leadership needs, such as helping develop presentations, track outreach, and manage business development pipeline of activity
• Strong business acumen and professionalismEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor s Degree required
  • 5-6 years experience in Business Development, strategic planning or market analytics
  • Medicare insurance or health care experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Access experience and skillsTravel Requirement:As needed; 15-20% throughout a year
