Job Description:

This position is within Consumer Finance and is a part of the Technology Operations Team, a business unit that supports Home, Consumer and Credit Card lending project execution, system enhancements and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include lead roles as Home Lending Document SME and NetOx issue support. This role interfaces with Home Lending vendors Docutech & Blitzdoc to prioritize HNB physical document enhancements and use of technology to improve customer experience and colleague efficiency.

• Provide SME knowledge of document process and technology to assist in document updates and related project execution
• Oversees change request process for document changes
• Supports new system implementation and workflow.
• Researches complex problems and takes action to correct.
• Leads in process improvement ideas and documentation.
• Acts as lead analyst in projects and assignments.
• Performs reviews on responsibilities associated with regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Updates system documentation, creates and executes test scripts.
• Performs change/enhancement testing (UAT) prior to obtaining business approval
• Provides technical support to home lending and others as needed. Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 Years of experience with NetOx, Blend, Docutech or Blitz doc or similar systems
  • Bachelor's degree, or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered. Other Traits, Characteristics and Experience:
    • Prefer minimum 5 years' experience in Mortgage Banking or related Industry.
    • Understanding of loan process and related documents.
    • Use of NetOx, Blend, Docutech or Blitz doc or similar systems.
    • Experience--within the project execution lifecycle as: PM or BA--or UAT tester.
    • Ability to write scope and requirements, and/or lead design sessions.
    • In depth knowledge and experience in: Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and OneNote.
    • Regulatory Compliance and Audits experience helpful.
