Entry Level Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking maintenance technicians for an automotive
manufacturing facility in Columbus, Indiana. We provide great

candidate will be responsible for performing both mechanical and
electrical troubleshooting on equipment. Mechanical troubleshooting
includes hydraulics, ball screw replacement, gear boxes, rebuilding
gear boxes. Electrical troubleshooting experience would include
being able to read a multimeter, troubleshoot contacts, relays,
proximity switches, photo eyes Candidates will also troubleshoot 3
Phase motors up to 480V and will be responsible for the wiring and
rebuild of any motor utilized in the plant.
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment
- Utilize preventative maintenance schedules to ensure smooth
operation of machinery
- Replace or repair defective parts
- Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and plans.
- Assembles and installs equipment and parts necessary to
accomplish optimal production efficiency using available tools and
- Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled on machines,
systems, and equipment, documenting your activity in the CMMS.
- Troubleshoot machines, automated systems, and robots, (low
voltage) manually or with a PLC.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing
- Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other
equipment at facilityWhen candidates aren't performing a repair
they are responsible for performing preventative maintenance or
training themselves on troubleshooting robotics with the tools
