Your talents, ideas, and passion are essential to our mission: to help people live better, healthier lives.--An Automation Technician III's primary role is to support and partner with Process and Automation Engineers and support at least two of the process and utility systems. This is a fulltime role 12 hours; 9:00PM - 9:30AM rotating 3/4 evenings a week (Monday - Wednesday/Monday - Thursday alternating each week) Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.The Role:

• Improve the automation of equipment, processes, utilities and facilities systems; identify and implement technical solutions on equipment and automation issues
• Participate in cross functional process improvement events
• Monitor installation/operational qualification (IQ/QQ) of various systems/equipment
• Support CMMS/Maximo work orders and change management
• Interact with other departments to schedule activities around the production schedules of the cGMP Manufacturing and Process Development departments
• Effectively document work performed following required documentation practices
• Escort and supervise contractors through facility for routine inspections or repairs, ensuring they complete activities per procedure or agreements
• Identify and order spare or replacement parts for equipment utilizing inventory management system
• Other duties as assignedThe Candidate:
  • High School/GED
  • Technical Certificate or higher preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years GMP or regulated industry experience, preferred
