Job Description:
Summary/Objective The sales manager position oversees team of
sales specialists to ensure the close of contracts for partner
programs, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and
customer satisfaction. - -Essential Functions Reasonable

- With management input, determine annual sales goal and
gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing
trends and results
- Establish and execute sales objectives by forecasting and
developing annual sales quotas for industries and customers;
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new
products
- Maintain sales volume, industry mix and pricing by keeping
current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic
indicators, and competitors
- Responsible for making sure follow up on new leads and
referrals resulting from field activity are completed
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Develop and monitor dashboards and key data to ensure sales
goals are being met.
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to develop
their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is
achieved
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully
managing the sales team.
- Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and
methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and
departments throughout the company. Serve with other departmental
management to facilitate relationships among members of these
various departments and locations to achieve the organization's
goals and objectives.
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives,
and communications for the assigned team.
- Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training,
customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly.
- Responsible for managing customer relationships across the
entire company. - -Ensure that account ownership is established and
communicated for all customers.Manager Functions

manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the
performance management and hiring of the employees within that
department.Work Environment This job operates in a professional
office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets
and fax machines.Physical Demands The physical demands described

performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to

hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a
full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through
Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - -Saturdays as needed.Travel This
position requires up to 25% travel.Preferred Education -
- A bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline or
equivalent experience in related field is preferred but not
required. -Preferred Experience
- 8-10 years of overall business experience, some of which is in
the plastic injection mold or related industry.
- Working knowledge of the most current technologies and products
used in the industry.
- Proficient in MS Office suite software including MS Project, MS
Excel, and MS Word.
- Working knowledge for 3D modeling software, UG preferred, Pro-E
is a plus. - -Decatur Mold will provide training as needed.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Superior analytical skills combined with impeccable business
judgement.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized
and fast paced environment within a framework of constantly
shifting deadlines and deliverables.
- Requires minimal supervision.
- Clean driving record.
- Self-motivated with the ability to organize, prioritize and
control job responsibilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and willing to learn and develop
new skill sets as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.Additional Eligibility
