Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity as a Full Time
onsite
Contact Center Service Agent in Columbus, IN.
The minimum starting wage for this opportunity is $20.64 per
hour.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Provides Member service and engagement via inbound calls.
- Consults, aids, and provides education to Members on
financial
alternatives, products, and promotions at the Credit Union.
- Assist Members in troubleshooting Centra Phone, Website,
Billpayer,
Debit/Credit Cards issues, Mobile Banking, and all other
products
and services.
- Execute and develop collaboration within the organization and
other
Departments to ensure a team effort and positive Member
experience
delivery.
- Meet or exceed key product/service goals within the department
to
ensure profitable and sound business practices for the Credit
Union.
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor, informing him/her
of
all pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments,
changes,
or other important information discovered via Member
engagement.
- Maintain Compliance with all Credit Union policies,
procedures,
compliance, and security protocols
**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE** (Equivalent combination of Education
and
Experience will be considered.)
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Under one year of similar or preparatory experience.
Note: Hours of Operation are 8AM-6PM Monday thru Friday and
Saturday
8:00AM to 2:00PM.
