Job Description:
We're seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador, a creative,
customer-focused individual who excels in engaging shoppers,
elevating brand presence, and supporting sales efforts in a
fast-paced retail environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll
receive hands-on training to master product demos, campaign
execution, and customer engagement. You’ll match customers with
ideal AT&T solutions while creating memorable brand experiences
that drive sales and strengthen community connections in

a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in expanding AT&T’s

impact. What Will I Be Doing as a Brand Ambassador? Assist in
launching and executing in-store marketing campaigns, product
rollouts, and promotional activations for AT&T. Approach
customers on the retail floor to spark engaging, upbeat
conversations about AT&T’s offerings. Qualify interest, answer
basic product questions, and guide potential buyers to sales reps
for the next steps. Maintain visually compelling displays, signage,
and interactive setups that reflect AT&T’s brand standards.
Distribute brochures, giveaways, and branded materials to educate
and attract prospective customers. Collect real-time feedback and
customer impressions to support ongoing strategy and messaging
improvements. Help with direct sales efforts, including basic
product demos and assisting in transactions or activations. Track
engagement results and lead quality metrics, contributing to
performance reports and insights. Ensure every customer interaction
is memorable, welcoming, and aligned with AT&T’s brand promise.
Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to uncover additional service
needs and suggest cross-sell options.
