motivated, licensed Insurance Agents to join our team specializing
in Comprehensive Retirement Planning. In this role, you will
provide essential guidance, support, and education to seniors (55)
as they navigate the complexities of retirement. Backed by the
industry-leading resources of American Senior Benefits and
Integrity Marketing Group, you will be equipped with proprietary
systems to safeguard your clients' futures while building a
lucrative, long-term career. Key Responsibilities - Client
Advocacy: Provide expert guidance on life, health, and wealth
solutions. - Medicare Support: Assist beneficiaries with
applications and enrollments to ensure they have the best coverage
for their needs. - Business Development: Generate new business
using company-provided marketing (no cold calling required). -
Retention: Maintain and grow your client base through exceptional,
high-touch customer service. What We’re Looking For - Licensed:
Must hold a valid Insurance License. - Self-Starter: A
self-motivated individual with a "growth mindset." - Team Player: A
willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a
high-performing team environment. - Communicator: Ability to
explain complex financial concepts in a clear, empathetic manner.
Compensation & Benefits - Income Potential: $75,000 – $475,000
(Commission based on experience; uncapped potential). - Training:
Full training on our proprietary systems and retirement planning
strategies. - Support: Comprehensive back-office support and
