Anesthesiologist needed near Louisville, KY to start as soon as
credentialed. Weeknight and Weekend Pager Call available Full
complement of rooms 18 ORs at hospital 10 ORs at PAV Care team
model - 1:3-4 Medical Supervision Hospital Cases - general, major
spine, ENT, ortho, vascular, cardiac, OB, trauma or peds Takes
60-90 days to credential $500 referral bonus received for any
referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call
Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day
