Job Description:
Accounts Payable Specialist Northwest Indianapolis Industry:
Distribution Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting: •
Responsible for preparing, tracking, and communicating invoices •
Responsible for all AP financial activities • Responsible for
preparation and tracking of all bill-backs • Reconciles bank
accounts daily, verifies and communicates deposits ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
SPECIALIST EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Required: • No degree
required • 2 years of accounts payable experience • General
Understanding of GAAP • Pro?cient in Microsoft O?ce Suite and
accounting software systems • Excellent written and verbal
communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail • Strong work ethic and an eagerness to
learn
