Senior Staff Accountant - Full-Time (On-Site) - Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year Benefits: Full Healthcare, Paid

Staff Accountant , you'll play a vital role in maintaining

you! What You'll Do: Manage general ledger activities,
reconciliations, and financial reporting Assist with month-end and
year-end closing processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and
financial analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal
controls Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline
accounting processes What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 years of accounting
experience (experience in life sciences or manufacturing a plus)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in
accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
