Proficient in, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, etc.), Bluebeam, or Procore Strong mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to effectively interpret bid documents and create construction detail sketches. Skilled in estimating project costs using probability, providing detailed insights into overall expenses, part-specific costs, and project timelines. Effective communicator, both visually through sketches and diagrams, and verbally. Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a critical and analytical mindset. Self-reliant and adept at working independently. Profile 2 year(s) experience in the estimating field. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
