The Nurse Manager maintains a financially stable unit, promotes self and staff development with an emphasis on evidence based practice and education supported by a Practice Governance framework. The Nurse Manager ensures that the Swanson Theory of Caring and patient/family centered care are the foundation for nursing practice and that staff at all levels are involved in allocation of resources, interdisciplinary activities and collaboration. QualificationsRequired:

• One year as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor Degree
• Registered Nurse (KY)Desired:
