Job Title: EP Tech Profession: Technician Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years in an EP Lab License: Kentucky License or RCIS Certifications: ACLS BLS ARRT Must-Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of working experience in an EP Lab Description: Experience with McKesson and Cerner is required. This position is located on the 3rd floor in an advanced heart care treatment facility. Work will be performed in an EP Lab with a patient ratio of 1:1 in procedure rooms, handling one case at a time. The equipment includes Siemens and Cardio Solution, along with Stereotaxis. EMR systems used are McKesson Cardiology and Cerner. The ideal candidate will have experience in ablation procedures, including EP studies, A fib, Flutter, and SVT. Skills in pacemaker insertions and removals, Leadless PM, Watchman, and Loop recorders are preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented with troubleshooting capabilities. Clear and concise communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment are essential. Scrub color will be provided by the facility. Unacceptable attire will be specified by the facility. This position offers an opportunity to work in a notable facility recognized for numerous medical firsts.
